Chris Bailey (my sales rep) was always patient, professional and knowledgable. Coty was professional and listened but never difficult to work with. The finance manager can be a deal breaker with some dealerships but not this one.....The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. "I purchased the awesome ZX10R a couple of weeks ago. I really appreciate the environment at Sunrise. I drove past the other Kawasaki dealer (C) on the peninsula to get to Sunrise. Even though I live about 10 minutes from C#@$ys, I'd rather drive 30 miles to get the service offered at your dealership. Cody is an awesome person and salesman. I didn't feel pressured, and I felt good about the entire transaction. Cody was professional and provided answers to all my questions.
Even though my experience with Bo in service was limited, I think he's a good person who takes care of customers in a professional manner.
