I went into the show room knowing how much I wanted to spend and ready to stick to my guns... My husband spoke to Aaron on the phone, told him what we were interested in so he would be ready for us. I arrived at the store sooner than my husband so Aaron showed me the bike that we had inquired about.. The bike was nice but I wanted to look at something a little larger, so Aaron took me around the show room and told me about any of the bikes that I seem interested in... I felt no pressure, he wasnt in a hurry to make a sale, I wasn't in a hurry to buy... very relaxing. Long story short,, I did find a beautiful bike, in my price range.. service manager worked within my budget.. they sold a bike and made a women happy... once in a life time experience. "There is no better place to purchase a cycle then from then Sunrise Cycles. We just purchased our 3rd and 4th cycle from Sunrise. Chris Bailey is the man and has taken care of us each time and goes out of his way for us each time. We went in to buy 2 Yamaha V-star 1300's but they had 1 Blue Yamaha 2010 Raider S they just put on the floor. When I saw that bike Saturday I new that bike was mine. I took that bike home Monday and Chris order my wife the 1300 and Tuesday she was riding her new 1300 home. We both are having a blast on our new bikes. "Sunrise rocks! During the purchase of my new Kawasaki 250R I have been impressed time and time again from all around the dealership. Jake and the guys at accessories have been extremely patient, listened as I was struggling with my questions, helping sincerely, I could not detect any trace of pressure so common today. "WOW! What a top notch experience! I went to Sunrise Cycles a little unsure of what to expect due to the negative experiences from many other dealerships in the area (or negative comments I had heard). When I walked in they welcomed me but didnt rush me like a piece of meat. There was no pressure at all. Jacob Mart was friendly and really took care of me and my family. There was no B.S., and he was a straight shooter from the get-go. Even though I'm comming from Williamsburg, I dont think I'll be going anywhere else! Even though I live about 10 minutes from C#@$ys, I'd rather drive 30 miles to get the service offered at your dealership. Cody is an awesome person and salesman.
